We just launched a new responsive website for Spotlight Cinema Networks, an advertising provider catering to a sophisticated audience in upscale theaters nationwide. The project was a collaboration with Brandon Griffin, a creative director with whom we have worked on several projects during the past few years. This was a client he has worked with for years so he worked on the design and management and PERSONE helped out with the production and technical direction for the site design and buildout. Our specialist Greg Bowen was heavily involved with the production effort as well.
The site is based around a WordPress framework and theme called Albedo, which we customized heavily for the client. There was a lot of module interaction that we wanted to include, resulting in a significant amount of customized development, in addition to a high degree of attention to detail with regards to design standards spanning all major responsive platforms, including Android and iOS tablets, phones and desktop computers, too.

So, the new year is already underway and we’re at full tilt in 2015 already. Before things get too hot here, I just wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the key projects and achievements of 2014.

We continued developing our relationship providing interactive design and branding services for the 3rd year in a row. Key achievements included the provision of support to launch a new, expanded menu as well as a new (separate) catering site and a Melt Card rewards program update.

Together, we consolidated multiple social properties under a common umbrella account and expanded the publishing house’s mobile offerings to support their most recent “The Hope We Seek” sites and apps…www.outside-reading.com
This is a group related to Spotlight Cinema Networks, for whom we provided design & production on an app support & info focused web site. The app is still undergoing approvals from the Apple App Store. www.cinelife.com
We are still underway on this project but have helped the client select a suitable CMS template and are in process of customizing the design with one of our partners and will be overseeing production management as the site gets produced.
We have provided several ancillary support devices for this client directly including multiple video bumpers, animated banners and HTML email campaigns. We also provided some additional design support for some of their sub-brands, including a medical messaging app called AkarioBackline. www.drfirst.com

Technically this is another subsidiary product of DrFirst’s, but a distinct online software product that helps doctors and pharmacies with e-prescription. We undertook a preliminary redesign of their apps core features and user flows. The project did not make it through completion of the app, however we did a significant amount of design exploration with Rcopia. www.drfirst.com/products/rcopia/rcopia-eprescribing-physicians/
PERSONE was selected to help the documentary filmmakers create some website artwork as well as strategic marketing and concepts for their project’s website. We consulted the filmmakers as well as doing a study on the web market as it related to possible narrative structures or metaphors. Eventually we came up with some concept art that was in a flexible and compelling format which suited the project and provide direction for the grant proposal as well.

Note: we did *not* do this ad, just posting for inspiration’s sake. McDonald’s proving why there are over a gazillion served there…(advertising)…

Our friends working on The Prison Within have launched their first web site! We helped them prepare some concepts and designs for a grant in May of 2014, and since then they’ve been hard at work, filming new footage and editing the story even more.
Now they’ve released a new website that introduces and tells part of their story…one of redemption, forgiveness, acceptance and transformation.
Check out www.ThePrisonWithin.org and learn more about this powerful project documenting the lives of prisoners overcoming societal and personal pressures to rehabilitate and resurrect a sense of hope despite all odds.
The site was not developed by PERSONE, but nevertheless, we’re excited for their release and wish them all successes with their project.
